You know, sometimes the most attractive thing about a person isn't their perfection, but their authenticity. I felt this when I started chatting with men on online dating sites in the USA. There are a lot of beautiful profiles and confident phrases, but something else really draws you in.

I like it when people have their own little quirks. A light, awkward joke, an unexpected question, an honest "I don't know how best to say it." At such moments, I smile because I feel like I'm dealing with a real person. And that's exactly how, I think, truly meets single women online, when you don't have to be perfect to be interesting.

On relationship websites, I increasingly catch myself thinking: attraction comes from a feeling of warmth and sincerity. When a person is themselves, even if it's not perfect, that's what draws you most.
